1.3 How much release time did your division provide for your team this school year to meet and plan and to provide professional learning or mentoring?
The team as such have not met, but new teachers have been involved in professional learning as well as mentoring.
1.4 What tips does your team have for how to structure an effective LwICT implementation team?
P.D. time is needed for the staff to work with ICT leaders. The most effective way for people to learn is in small grade level groups. A large staff meeting is not the ideal way to effectively implement ICT across grade levels. The current schedules for Sandy and Judy don’t always allow for maximum interaction with teachers in other grade levels.
